Rishi Kapoor Joins Team Marksmen Network as CEO & Director
Team Marksmen Network (TMN), the B2B media company, has named Rishi Kapoor as its new CEO & Director, marking a key milestone in the firm’s growth.
In this crucial role, Kapoor will steer TMN's strategic growth efforts, managing all business operations with a focus on increasing market presence and creating innovative solutions for clients. His appointment to the board highlights TMN’s commitment to bolstering its leadership team as the company embarks on an ambitious expansion, including plans for global market growth.
In addition to his leadership role, Kapoor will also be part of TMN’s revised capitalization table, becoming a key equity stakeholder in the company. This alignment of interests underscores his personal commitment to the company’s long-term success and growth.
Kapoor brings over 20 years of extensive expertise in building and managing sustainable verticals within the media industry, with a proven record of helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives, while maintaining a sharp focus on both top & bottom line performance.
In his previous role as Partner at Sapphire Human Capital, he played a key role in developing new business verticals, including Sapphire Connect. He also launched several industry-driven intellectual properties and exclusive C-suite communities, such as Thought Leaders of India and the India Diversity Forum — the first and only organization in the country dedicated to raising awareness on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Previously, as Senior Director at ET Edge ( A division of Times Group) he was part of the core team that launched the business and played a key role in establishing and scaling numerous successful initiatives, both domestically and internationally. His impressive career also includes leadership positions at Planman Consulting, HT Media, IDG Media, and Monster India.
