Rohde & Schwarz India, the Indian arm of the Germany-based Rohde & Schwarz, has recently opened a state-of-the-art facility situated at the center of Bengaluru's renowned Manyata Tech Park. This facility will host research and development, system integration, as well as calibration and repair services, aligning with future needs and advancements.

The inauguration represents a significant achievement for the technology firm, as it not only expands its footprint in India's third-largest city but also reinforces its dedication to the government's Make in India initiative. By promoting innovation across various sectors including automotive, telecom, semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, and defense, it underscores the company's commitment to local manufacturing and advancement.

Andreas Pauly, President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Rohde & Schwarz, said, “For Rohde & Schwarz, India is not merely a growth market but a vital component of our global strategy. The Bengaluru-based R&D team is actively engaged in crafting next-generation systems for the Test and Measurement Division, further solidifying the company's commitment to technological advancement.

Within the new facility lies an ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 (NABL) accredited calibration and repair service center, delivering precision services adhering to the industry's stringent quality standards. This inclusion further underscores Rohde & Schwarz's commitment to furnishing top-tier products and services to its clientele in India and beyond. Additionally, the facility will integrate sales, applications, systems integration, and a dedicated demo display area featuring diverse test and measurement equipment and offerings. This strategic initiative underscores the company's aim to elevate customer experience and accessibility, offering clients immersive experiences and effortless access to state-of-the-art technology.
