Sagar Nair Joins DotMe as Strategic Advisor

DotMe, a platform that focuses on link-in-bio and enabling creators to earn money, has announced the selection of Sagar Nair as Strategic Advisor to assist in advancing its business to the next level. This appointment comes on the heels of DotMe forming a partnership with notable media figure, music expert, and cultural influencer, Nikhil Chinapa.

DotMe provides creators, businesses, and professionals with the ability to convert a single link into a robust digital center. This enables them to display content, link platforms, interact with audiences, monitor success, and generate revenue through a greatly customized interface.

Sagar Nair possesses a wealth of experience in gaming, consumer technology, and interactive media. He co-founded Qlan, a platform oriented towards gamers which prioritizes user acquisition, retention, and monetization for various games.

Speaking about the appointment, Sagar Nair, Strategic Advisor, DotMe says, “The creator economy is scaling rapidly, but monetization and ownership remain fragmented”.

Under his leadership, Qlan successfully secured pre-seed funding, ventured into international markets, and showcased promising growth in terms of monetization strategies. Sagar now holds the position of Head of Incubation & Initiatives at ChimeraVC, overseeing LVL Zero, an incubator program for gaming startups that provides assistance to emerging entrepreneurs in India.

Sagar, in his capacity as an advisor, will collaborate closely with DotMe's executive team to provide guidance on strategic growth efforts, offer advice on product development and monetization strategies, and contribute to enhancing ecosystem partnerships as the platform expands.

DotMe is experiencing significant adoption among prominent creators like Prince Narula, Hamid Barkzi, and Ashish Bhatia. These creators have made the switch from traditional link-in-bio tools to DotMe. In a market where companies like Linktree have exceeded valuations of $1.5 billion, DotMe is establishing itself as a creator-focused alternative that is driven by data and tailored for the changing creator economy.
