SEPC Receives LoA from Parmeshi Urja Limited

SEPC Limited announces that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Parmeshi Urja Limited. The order is worth Rs.. 650 Crore. As per the company, the order is for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 133 megawatt (AC) solar power project.

The upcoming project will be implemented across 26 sites in Maharashtra.

According to the company’s report, the initiative will encompass four states in Western India and was awarded by Parmeshi Urja, a renewable energy firm based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

SEPC announced on June 10 that it received the Letter of Award (LoA) in the evening, as stated in its filing with the stock exchanges.

The company will determine the execution schedules during its introductory meetings, which will be held at each site individually.

SEPC confirmed that the project does not involve any transactions with related parties. Additionally, it noted that neither its promoters nor affiliated companies have any stake in the entity that issued this LoA.

SEPC specializes in providing comprehensive engineering services across various infrastructure sectors, including energy, water, and waste management.

For the quarter ending March 2025, the company demonstrated strong performance, showing growth in both revenue and profits. It recorded a net profit of Rs.100 Crore, while consolidated revenue reached Rs.1,178 Crore for the quarter ending March 2025. The company reported a year-to-date net profit of Rs.248 Crore, which has increased more than twofold.
