Surya Roshni, a well-regarded brand in Lighting, Fans, Home Appliances, Steel, and PVC pipes, is excited to appoint Parul Phadke as the new Head of Marketing & Advertising for its Lighting & Consumer Durables division.

Parul's innovative approach, supported by her dual postgraduate degrees in Marketing, MBA, and recent Digital Marketing certification from MICA, will enhance Surya Roshni's brand presence throughout India.

Parul Phadke, an experienced marketing professional with expertise in brand management, corporate communication, public relations, and event management, previously held the position of AGM - Marketing Communication at Surya Roshni before her recent promotion.

In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing marketing and advertising initiatives, with a focus on creating creative campaigns that appeal to Surya Roshni's wide range of customers and enhance its position in the market.

Phadke has played a key role in spearheading the digital marketing transformation at Surya Roshni, in addition to her main marketing duties. She has successfully established a strong online presence by utilizing data-driven insights, implementing a social media strategy, and digital advertising.

Through her combined tactics using both traditional and digital media, she has notably increased the brand's engagement and visibility across various consumer groups.

 

Surya Roshni's promotion shows its commitment to strategic leadership and innovation as it enters a new phase of expansion.

Previously, the organization revealed a plan to invest 1,800 crore rupees in order to support growth in various sectors such as Lighting, Fans, Home Appliances, Steel, and PVC pipes.   Out of this total amount, 500 crore rupees will be specifically allocated for projects in Madhya Pradesh, with a particular emphasis on the Gwalior-Chambal region. The strategy involves setting up new production capacity, streamlining supply chains, and expanding the range of products to facilitate consistent expansion.

Shoppers now have more options combined with trustworthiness. Surya Roshni is expanding its range of consumer electrical products. Following the introduction of its wires and cables section, it will soon start producing MCBs and other electrical items. This will result in a larger variety of compatible products available in one place. By implementing solar power at its Malanpur and Kashipur facilities, the company is also demonstrating a commitment to sustainable production, a quality that is becoming increasingly important to consumers.

At the store level, having a wider selection of products leads to higher rates of customers purchasing additional items. Retailers have the opportunity to offer fans, lighting, and electrical protection as a package deal, with coordinated packaging and detailed specifications.
