TaisysTaisys, headquartered in Taiwan, has recently made a strategic investment of USD 7.2 million in ATrack Technology Inc, a publicly listed company on the Taipei Exchange (TPEX:6465), through a private placement.

Established in 2010 and listed in 2015, ATrack is a renowned player in the Automotive Intelligence industry, offering comprehensive solutions for development, manufacturing, and global deployment. This investment underscores their commitment to introducing cutting-edge automotive technology to the Indian market, leveraging Taisys' strong market presence and distribution network in the country. Simultaneously, Taisys stands to benefit from access to ATrack's advanced technologies, enhancing its position as a key player in the technology sector.

ATrack specializes in AI dashcams, ADAS, DMS, LEO satellites, and sensors, with a focus on Advanced Navigation technology, highlighting its core competencies.

Taisys is also collaborating with global hardware manufacturers to boost local manufacturing in India for semiconductor design platforms and AI dashcams. This initiative aims to cater not only to the domestic market but also to capitalize on India's expanding ecosystem for global supply chains. These technologies play a vital role across various sectors, including automotive, logistics, and personal navigation, offering precise and reliable tracking solutions.
