Can you walk us through your professional journey?
With over 25 years of extensive experience in the knowledge services and legal industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. As the CEO of Trexo Global, I am pivotal in driving the company's growth and leading strategic initiatives. I spent thirteen years immersed in the intellectual property industry in my previous job. During this time, I successfully orchestrated revenue growth, expanded into new markets, fostered international collaborations, prioritized operational excellence, and established a competitive edge.
Before that, I held key leadership positions in renowned global startups and multinational corporations such as Daksh, IBM, and WNS for the first twelve years of
my career. Within these organizations, I undertook crucial responsibilities in people management, strategy development, and operations. I excelled in leading business turnarounds and spearheading international expansions, driving success and growth for the companies I served.
What drives your daily routines and keeps you motivated?
The driving force behind my daily routines is the satisfaction of solving customer problems through technology. I have a genuine passion for my work. Witnessing progress for myself and those I serve is a powerful source of motivation. To stay focused and driven, I set new goals regularly, mapping out what I want to achieve in the upcoming week, month, and year.

In the market, we proudly embrace the role of a challenger to the existing status quo. While the dominant players in this field have accumulated significant market share through aggressive mergers and acquisitions over the years, they still need to improve the inherited technology and processes substantially. We aim to disrupt this stagnation by introducing state-of-the-art technology built on a modern stack.
