Starting his career as a qualified Company Secretary in 1994, Rao's expertise quickly flourished. His insatiable thirst for knowledge led him to pursue an Executive MBA from IIFT and LLB providing a solid foundation in business, management, and legal principles. A prestigious FRICS fellowship from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors further solidified his standing as a leading authority in the field. From the pharmaceutical chain to the textile industry, and later in the real estate giant Omaxe, he garnered invaluable insights into various sectors, honing his expertise and adaptability.
In 2016, fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for emerging opportunities, Rao founded Intygrat Business Advisory. Initially focusing on corporate structuring and real estate advisory, the firm swiftly evolved to encompass the ever-changing regulatory landscape, including expertise in RERA, Consumer, and Corporate Law.
Recognizing thegrowing demand for comprehensive legal services, Rao ventured into establishing Intygrat Law Offices in 2019. What drives you today as an industry leader?
Having spent a significant portion of my career in the corporate world, I yearned for a new chapter where I could chart my own course. The desire to establish some thing meaningful and carve out my own niche within the real estate and business sectors served as a powerful motivation. Recognizing
the impending changes brought about by the introduction of real estate acts, I saw both an opportunity and a challenge. It was a chance to leverage my expertise and make a substantial impact in an evolving industry.
Despite being 45, an age when some may consider it risky to embark on a new venture, I embraced the opportunity with determination. I understood the potential rewards that awaited me and was willing to take the necessary risks to realize my goals. And thankfully, my bold decision and immense heavenly grace have yielded positive outcomes, affirming the wisdom of my choice.
What is your success mantra?
The key to achieving consistent positive outcomes, in my opinion, lies in adhering to straightforward principles of honesty, integrity, and gratitude. I firmly believe in calling a spade a spade, regardless of whether it aligns with someone's preferences or not. This approach has been instrumental in my success and has earned the trust of those who seek my advice. In fact, Intygrat stands for Integrity and Gratitude.
Also, I ensure that I provide clients with sincere and realistic assessments of their situations. By doing so, I have been able to build strong relationships based on trust and contribute to positive outcomes for those I serve.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?
We are driven by the desire to achieve significant growth and make a distinctive mark in the industry. Our primary objective is to deliver the best of legal advisory and surpass our current accomplishments. We aim to double our current performance in terms of our overall achievements. This encompasses various aspects, including the number of clients served, the volume of successful cases, and the impact of our advisory services.
Furthermore, our team, which currently comprises 18 dedicated professionals (apart Interns and support functions) is poised for substantial growth. We envision a team that exceeds 50 members, in the coming 3-5 years, encompassing legal experts, advisors, and support staff. This expansion will enable us to broaden our scope and serve our clients with enhanced capabilities and expertise.
However, our focus is not solely on numbers. We understand that true success lies in delivering quality work that sets us apart from other firms in the market. We aim to consistently provide exceptional services that exceed client expectations and contribute to their success.
