Tell us more about Vikram Hospital and its vision?
At Vikram Hospital, we share the common dream of giving our patient’s the compassionate healthcare that they deserve. Our specialized services have been designed to deliver the care that is best suited to the patient’s needs. We believe in making the patient’s concerns ours and our 24-hour human, medical, and infrastructural services ensure the patients constant comfort and quick recovery. We make sure that from the minute a patient walks in through our doors; they are not just treated but cared for. With our doctors and allied healthcare staff, we offer our patients a shoulder to lean on and an ear to talk to. We build care around lives, allowing for natural healing at every step. A good example of this is our first of its kind glass pathway in the critical care ICU that lets families be with their loved ones around the clock to be
sure that they are receiving the best care. Success for us is the smile on our patients’ faces as they leave our hospital. Our vision is to deliver unmatched value to our patients with excellent and ethical medical outcomes. include Cardiac Sciences, Neuro Sciences, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Urology, Orthopedics and Spine, Oncology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Emergency Care, ENT, Family Medicine, Cosmetology and Plastic Surgery, Anaesthesiology and Dermatology to name a few. We also offer healthcare services for patients from foreign countries including helping them with medical visa and accommodation facilities.
Explain about the patient care services that you provide in order to ensure that your patients enjoy a hassle-free and satisfied experience at your hospitals?
What is important for us is our patients and their mental and physical health. So, we address our patient’s fears first and foremost so that they are mentally strong and have a clear idea of the situation. We believe that it takes compassion, concern, and kindness to offer the best and most effective treatment to the patients and we try to incorporate that into each one of our services. Owing to the expertise and experience of our doctors and staff, we are able to offer best in class healthcare services to our patients. By keeping the utmost transparency in our services, we are able to create a meaningful relationship with our patients that helps to bridge the gap between a patient and a hospital. We also acknowledge the fact that the technological realm is moving at a rapid pace and we understand the importance of innovating and integrating the latest technologies into our operations so that we can constantly improve our offerings and help our patients in an effective and efficient manner.

He has got over two decades of expertise and experience in the healthcare sector and over the years, he has been a part of multiple reputed names in the healthcare sector both in the clinical and managerial roles. Prior to joining Vikram Hospital, he was the Zonal Director at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute and was looking after four different hospitals in the NCR region as well as two hospitals in Bangladesh and one in UAE. Dr. Mittal completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College, M.S. in General Surgery from MAHE, Manipal and PG Diploma in Hospitality Management from National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi. He is also an MBA holder in Hospitality Management from the Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi. Apart from that, he is also a National level boxer and has represented the state of Karnataka.
