There are various reports claiming that teams having more women deliver better quality solutions, to both the client and the organizations’ end customers. They are even faster in building relationships and are more reflective.

Female project managers are considered to be better at stakeholder management.

So when a female consultant brings so much to the table, it is impossible to ignore them and not have them on the decision-making panel. Many clients are eager to deal with female consultants who bring cost and time benefit. However, their struggle has just begun. Women in consulting are expected to be outspoken, assertive and bright filled with confidence.
