The focus for Tribeca and for me is to cement a trusted brand built on quality and performance across multiple geographies.
The next chapter focuses on scaling from ₹4,000 crore to ₹10,000 crore and further within five years, supported by strong governance, robust systems, and execution excellence.
Within the next three years, we aim to transition into a publicly listed organi -sation inviting stakeholders to participate in a journey founded on transparency, quality, and entrepreneurial ambition.
What advice would you give aspiring leaders in the field?
Real estate rewards those who combine vision with execution. Growth is driven by action. Immersive learning, grounded exposure, and cross-functional understanding fuel long-term success.
In an industry where high impact decisions have to be made regularly and each have a possibility to impact financial outcomes for the project in a big way, true expertise is developed in the field not just viscerally.
