'India Will become Global Economic Power by 2047': Andhra CM Naidu

N Chandrababu Naidu, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh and a key supporter of the NDA, said that India will become a major economic power by 2047 and praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership  on Independence Day.

Naidu predicted that India would become a major economic force in the world by 2047 under Modi's leadership.  He predicted that we will soon rank as the third-largest economy.  He also made critical remarks on the US President Donald Trump's comments about the "dead economy."

“Ours is not a dead economy; it is a good economy. We have proven our military might not just our economic strength, with 'Operation Sindhoor',” he said.

By 2047, India will be a major economic force in the world, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.  Our economy will soon rise to the third largest in the world.  Our economy is doing well; it is not dying.  'Operation Sindhoor' has demonstrated not just our economic power but also our military force, he remarked.

He continued by saying that his government has created the "Swarnandhra-2047 Vision" paper, while Prime Minister Modi has developed the "Viksit Bharat 2047" vision.

“We have brought this vision to the state, district, and constituency levels. Our Telugu people are achieving success in many countries around the world, making their mark everywhere. By 2047, India will stand as a global economic power. It is my passion, desire, and ambition that our Telugu race should be at the forefront of the world. I promise that I will work tirelessly to make the Telugu race number one in all fields and to place them in a preeminent position,” Naidu added.

Additionally, Naidu stated that the government was allocating Rs 10,000 per temple for daily rituals (Dhupa Deepa Naivedyam) in more than 6,000 temples, citing temples as spiritual hubs and emblems of our culture.

“We have increased the salaries of priests to Rs 15,000. We are ensuring that non-Hindus are not employed in temples. We have made it easier to book darshan services and accommodation in temples via WhatsApp. We have improved the quality of prasadams and services in all temples, including Tirumala. We will implement the 'Nitya Annadanam' (daily free meals) scheme in 23 major temples. We are officially observing the 'Atmarpana Dinam' (day of self-sacrifice) of Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameswari Ammavaru, the revered deity of the Arya Vysya community,” the chief minister said.
