We are in politics, and our main objective is wealth creation. Entrepreneurs play a crucial role in generating this wealth. By increasing wealth, our revenues will rise, and I will have the means to introduce more welfare programs that will benefit the community directly. I stand by this argument: without the generation of wealth, welfare initiatives cannot be maintained.

Secondly, I’d like to reflect on the green building initiative in Hyderabad, which was the first of its kind in India. Having been a part its construction for many years, I can say that there are more industries now, thanks to your support. Therefore, I want to invite everyone to consider making at least one investment to assist me in generating wealth.

The Era of Inspiring Times

Friends, we are in an inspiring era. If structured properly, India can support the global community for many more centuries. Technology has advanced significantly. Historical information is now accessible to everyone in the industry, and international knowledge is easily obtainable. Artificial Intelligence has also reached an advanced stage, with Quantum Computing looming on the horizon. Additionally, the Indian government has made real-time data, including satellite data, accessible to the private sector.

Furthermore, Drones have also come into play, allowing for data connectivity across various applications and locations. Wearable technology, IoT devices, and real-time sensors have become integral to the current landscape. However, the key requirement that remains is, more entrepreneurs. No other nation boasts entrepreneurs quite like those in India. Going forward, I am confident that we will lead the global market and offer services worldwide.

Lagging in Creation of Global Products

For instance, when we examine global companies, it’s evident that India is thriving, especially in the IT sector. However, we are lagging in the creation of global products—not just in IT but also in manufacturing across various fields. Hence, we must concentrate our efforts in that direction, and this forum serves as a platform to discuss it.

Moreover, we are planning for a growth rate of 15 percent for next two decades, as this is crucial to advance toward becoming a developed nation. However, we need to be careful not to become stuck in the middle-income group, a critical issue we should all take into account.

In that regard, I'm thrilled to share that quantum computing is arriving in Amaravati, India. TCS, IBM, and L&T have committed to establishing their operations here, and the groundwork is already in progress. We anticipate that the facility will be fully operational by January. I encourage everyone to take advantage of quantum computing to enhance business outcomes.

Significance of Speed in Facilitating an Ease in Doing Business

Speed is crucial—not just for simplifying business processes, but also for the efficiency of conducting business. This is a significant area of focus for us, particularly with the forthcoming ArcelorMittal steel plant, which will be the largest facility developed in the near future.

Andhra Pradesh: A Land Booming With Opportunities

Andhra Pradesh is in a robust position thanks to its established industries and strong infrastructure. Anyone looking to explore opportunities here can definitely do so—I promise you that. As soon as you submit your application, it will be my duty to assist you.

I will collaborate with you throughout the implementation process, making sure that everything, from site selection to all necessary approvals, is finalized in a timely manner.

This is our pledge to everyone.

Andhra Pradesh is ideally suited for green energy, with considerable strengths in solar, wind, and pumped hydro energy. By generating green energy, we can improve transmission lines and storage capabilities, and also consider the production of green ammonia and nitrogen.

Today, our esteemed Prime Minister revealed that we will offer nearly 160 gigawatts of renewable energy from Andhra Pradesh as part of a broader ambition to reach 500 gigawatts.

In the Rayalaseema region, near the southern part of Andhra Pradesh, we are building a cutting-edge industrial hub focused on aerospace, defense electronics, automobiles, drones, and satellites. We recognize significant potential in this area for both defense and civilian uses. Infrastructure is essential for this initiative. That’s why we are creating a unified network that includes ports, airports, national highways, state highways, railways, inland waterways, and logistics parks.

P4: Public, Private, and People's Partnership

Furthermore, we initiated the development of the Hyderabad Airport, which was a Greenfield undertaking. Progress was also made in telecommunications, roads, and ports.

These initiatives have enabled us to deliver services to the public and generate wealth for them. Yet, at the same time, income inequalities have risen. This brings me to a new idea: P4, which signifies public, private, and people's partnership. I aim to acknowledge individuals as essential capital; after all, we must all contribute to the workforce.

Henceforth, we should consider the world as a whole and operate on an international level. By adopting this mindset, we can all evolve into global leaders.
