The hotels are set to be constructed in Jaipur, Mangaluru, Thiruvananthapuram, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, as elements of integrated developments combining hospitality services and airport proximity.

The collection will encompass a Kimpton hotel situated in Jaipur, in addition to properties under the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express brands, which are part of forthcoming city developments associated with airports managed by Adani.

The accord is reached in the context of substantial expansion in India's aviation and tourism industries, as airport-centric developments increasingly become key centers for hospitality and commerce, fueled by escalating passenger volumes, domestic travel, and business tourism demand.
