Alvarez & Marsal Names Dev Ramchandani Executive Director in India

Dev Ramchandani has been appointed as Executive Director of Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India's Business Transformation Services practice. Ramchandani, who is based in Pune, will lead the company's initiatives to develop operations advisory services and industrial transformation, with a particular emphasis on industries driven by manufacturing.

Ramchandani will be in charge of expanding A&M's capabilities in digital operations, lean performance, and the integration of information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) in his new position. 

Delivering quantifiable results for clients facing intricate industrial difficulties is part of his job, especially in industries like chemicals, automotive, metals and mining, and healthcare and life sciences.

With more than 20 years of expertise in the field, Ramchandani is an expert in creating and implementing extensive transformation initiatives that complement organizational strategy and vision. He has a track record of successfully integrating cutting-edge digital initiatives with core manufacturing processes and bringing distinct IT and OT viewpoints to business change.

Ramchandani oversaw important factory-floor and enterprise-wide transformation projects at Tata Motors, McKinsey & Company, and Hitachi before joining A&M. His areas of expertise include industrial digital transformation, lean techniques, and operational excellence.
