Anju Kadam Named GN Hearing India's Country Managing Director

GN Hearing, which operates as a division of the Denmark-headquartered GN Group, has named Anju Kadam to serve as Country Managing Director for its Indian operations.

Kadam, who became part of the organization in January 2025 in the capacity of Sales Director, assumes this position bringing over 22 years of expertise in sales and marketing from prominent companies such as Kirloskar, Crompton Greaves, Usha International, and Eureka Forbes.

Following her arrival at GN, Kadam has enhanced the company's distribution partnerships, optimized sales processes, and helped achieve performance that exceeded mid-year objectives with a 14 percent increase compared to the previous year.

During recent months, Prameet Shetty functioned as Acting Country Managing Director while maintaining his responsibilities as Cluster Finance Director overseeing Australia, New Zealand, India, and South Korea.

He maintained operational continuity throughout the management transition period. His assistance proved crucial in facilitating Kadam's successful appointment to the role.

The Asia Pacific leadership structure at GN Hearing is undergoing changes, with Andreas Anderhov's recent advancement to Regional President for the area. His prior position involved serving as Cluster Managing Director overseeing Australia, New Zealand, India, and South Korea. Anderhov and Kadam will collaborate to strengthen GN's market position throughout India and the broader APAC region.

“India is a key strategic market for GN globally, and with demand for hearing solutions growing rapidly, it represents a significant opportunity,” says Anderhov. 

“Anju’s leadership and knowledge of the market will be central to how we expand our reach and deliver for customers in the years ahead.” 

 

Commenting on his appointment, Kadam shared: “I’m excited to take on this role and to continue shaping GN’s journey in India. My focus will be on expanding our presence in the market and making our hearing solutions more accessible to the people who need them most. Collaboration will be key, and I look forward to building strong connections with our teams and partners that create lasting value for our customers.” 

India's market has achieved a 14 percent compound annual growth rate from 2021 to 2025, and GN anticipates this upward trend will persist. The organization recently celebrated two decades of operations in India and intends to secure additional facilities, reflecting its sustained dedication to this market.
