Anupam Sirbhaiya Promoted as Group CHRO at Bajaj Finserv
Anupam Sirbhaiya has been elevated to the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bajaj Finserv, recognizing a highly experienced HR and business professional who has accumulated extensive expertise through nine years of service within the organization and a professional journey of more than 30 years.
Sirbhaiya transitions into the Group Chief Human Resources Officer position, moving from his earlier role as the Head of Human Resources and Administrative Operations at Bajaj Finance, a significant subsidiary of the Group, where he had been employed for more than six years.

His new appointment, scheduled to take effect in November 2025, will enable him to oversee and direct the human resources strategic planning for the entire Bajaj Finserv corporate group.
This hiring represents a key strategic decision, leveraging Sirbhaiya's distinctive expertise in leadership cultivation and personnel management, which is a pivotal domain for a swiftly growing financial services organization such as Bajaj Finserv.
Throughout his 30-year professional journey, he has dedicated his efforts to achieving corporate goals by strategically managing and developing human resources.
The cornerstone of his professional proficiency was established during his eight-year stint at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he served as the Indian Country Manager.

Within this position, he was tasked with overseeing the entire Indian operations, establishing and expanding the business infrastructure, and developing strategic leadership training programs aimed at nurturing leadership potential across various organizational levels and identifying crucial talent to strengthen the company's leadership succession strategy.
His proficiency in developing strategic talent was evident early in his professional journey, during his five-year role as a Senior Consultant at the Tata Management Training Center (TMTC), where he was responsible for overseeing crucial learning initiatives at the group level.
Additionally, Sirbhaiya developed entrepreneurial skills by establishing a management consulting firm specializing in personnel management and executive recruitment for emerging businesses.
After becoming a member of the Bajaj Finserv Group in 2016, Sirbhaiya has played a significant role in the organization's developmental trajectory.
