Atlassian Welcomes Avani Prabhakar as the Global Head of Talent and HR
Avani Prabhakar has been promoted to Global Head of Talent and HR Business Partners by Atlassian Corporation, an established provider of team collaboration and productivity software.
In this newly formed position, Prabhakar will be responsible for scaling the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program and increasing performance as the company grows.
With more than 20 years of experience working abroad in APAC, the Middle East, and the US in the fields of technology, aviation, insurance, research, and analytics, Prabhakar is a skilled people executive.
She has worked with Atlassian for the past four years, most recently serving as the team's global HR lead and head of human resources for Asia Pacific.
Across Atlassian's global presence, she will oversee a team of about 100 individuals working in the areas of Human Resource Business Partners, Employment Relations, Talent, M&A, and DEI.
