Banganga Paper Industries, a prominent producer of environmentally sustainable paper goods, has enlisted Venkatesh Prabhu and Ravindranathan M as autonomous board members. These appointments will become effective immediately and will last for a duration of five years.

The approval of this agreement will be formalized by shareholders during the upcoming general assembly.

With over four decades of experience in engineering, procurement, and construction within the realms of breweries, distilleries, and ethanol plants, Prabhu brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Prabhu, an experienced engineer, acts as the founder and chairman of VP Global Holdings. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership positions at reputable companies such as United Breweries Ltd, Shaw Wallace and Company, the Belawadi Group, and Yuksom Breweries.

Ravindranathan M, a seasoned brewery consultant with more than five decades of experience in the field, provides valuable perspectives on brewery operations, manufacturing, quality control, and global project coordination. With a background in chemistry, he has occupied high-ranking roles at reputable Nigerian companies such as United Breweries Group, Shaw Wallace Group, and Sona Group.

Prabhu's expertise in EPC within the ethanol and distillery sectors will bolster efforts to explore opportunities for growth and advancement.

 

According to the company, Ravindranathan's expertise in quality management and operational restructuring will lead to enhancements in manufacturing procedures, utilization of capacity, and the introduction of new product ideas.

Moreover, Banganga Paper Industries has undergone a significant change in its technical aspects, indicating a subtle shift in price direction and market perception. Recent information indicates a movement from slightly positive to slightly negative trends, with important metrics like MACD, RSI, and moving averages displaying an intricate view for investors evaluating the stock's short-term path.
