BikeWo, Moonrider Tie Up to Explore Electric Tractor Deployment
BikeWo Green Tech Limited (“BikeWo”), a comprehensive platform for electric mobility and logistics, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Moonrider, a company specializing in electric tractor technology, to collaboratively investigate opportunities for implementing electric tractors in institutional, commercial, and specialized operational settings.
Under the collaboration, Moonrider will provide its electric tractor technology and product skills, whereas BikeWo will offer its expertise in fleet deployment, leasing, operations, and institutional customer growth.

The companies will collaboratively pinpoint enterprise and institutional uses where electric tractors can provide operational and financial advantages and assess deployment strategies according to customer needs.
The partnership will address possible uses in agriculture, industrial sites, storage facilities, logistics centers, airports, ports, and other regulated or high-use settings where electric tractors can fulfill particular operational needs.
BikeWo will also investigate ways to assist Moonrider’s current and potential clients through fleet deployment, leasing, operations, and various commercial models, aiming to promote broader adoption of electric tractors.
Commenting on the partnership, Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer, BikeWo Green Tech Limited, says, “Electric tractors represent an interesting extension of the electric mobility ecosystem, particularly in institutional and specialised applications where utilization patterns and operating economics can support adoption”.

We intend to jointly identify applications where this combination can create commercially viable and scalable solutions for customers”.
The collaboration is integral to BikeWo’s wider strategy to extend beyond traditional last-mile electric mobility into specialized EV solutions and cohesive electric mobility infrastructure.

BikeWo seeks to create adaptable deployment models for enterprise and institutional clients by collaborating with OEMs and tech firms across various vehicle types, enhancing fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
According to the MoU, both companies will collaborate to pinpoint potential clients, assess pilot implementations, and investigate commercial prospects. Any particular vehicle deployment, acquisition, leasing agreement, or other commercial transaction will be governed by distinct definitive agreements and will be revealed separately, as necessary.
