
DDB Tribal Appoints Anusheela Saha as Creative Head

DDB Tribal, a comprehensive agency under the DDB Mudra Group located in Gurugram, has appointed Anusheela Saha as its new creative head. Anusheela previously worked at FCB India as the national creative director, where she was responsible for guiding creative strategies and supporting teams while producing work that effectively combined emotional resonance with impact.
With over 20 years of experience, Anusheela has played significant roles at Cheil and most recently at FCB India, where she influenced brand storytelling. Her time at FCB was particularly noteworthy as she joined the agency in a leadership capacity while being a new mother, which is a rare accomplishment in the industry. Her portfolio includes initiatives that merge creativity with social relevance, such as ‘UnBox Me,’ which addresses gender identity in children and promotes constructive conversations. Anusheela has collaborated with brands like Unilever, KFC, Mahindra Automobiles, Uber, Google, Samsung, UN AIDS, and Times of India, among others. Her contributions have earned her accolades at prestigious events like Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio Awards, Spikes Asia, and Kyoorious.

Anusheela will report to Rahul Mathew, chief creative officer of DDB Mudra Group. She succeeds Iraj Fraz, who will be moving into a different role within the organization.
