The joint venture will be named Dixtel Infocomm following the conclusion of formal agreements between the two firms.

Upon completion of the deal, Dixtel, the suggested joint venture entity, will engage in the production and distribution of smartphones/tablets, true wireless stereo devices, smartwatches, AI PCs, automotive electronics, healthcare devices, and more.
