Eramet Appoints Laetitia Brun as Group CHRO

Eramet reveals the selection of Laetitia Brun as the Group's Chief Human Resources Officer, starting February 9, 2026. In this role, she will join the Executive Committee. She will replace Anne-Marie Le Maignan, who has chosen to retire after twenty-two years devoted to fostering the Group’s growth and its recent evolution into a focused player in mining and metals.
Anne-Marie Le Maignan became part of the Group in 2003 as the Group Talents Director, later assuming various HR leadership roles at both entity and BU levels. In 2020, she was named Group Chief Human Resources Officer and became a member of the Executive Committee. Before her time at Eramet, she dedicated 13 years to the Saint-Gobain Group.
Laetitia Brun is an experienced HR leader, possessing more than 20 years of global expertise in Human Resources and a strong history in various sectors including chemicals, metallurgy, infrastructure, and transportation.
Laetitia Brun most recently held the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Seqens, a worldwide leader in pharmaceutical solutions and specialty ingredients, where she was also part of the Executive Committee.

Before that, she worked for 15 years at Rhodia and Solvay, occupying various HR leadership positions in areas such as learning & development, career management, industrial relations, and project management, eventually becoming HR Director for multiple international functions and businesses. She subsequently became the Group CHRO at Winoa, taking on extra responsibilities for Safety and Communication, before transitioning to Getlink, a publicly traded firm in the SBF120 index.

During her career, Laetitia has occupied leadership positions in France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom, contributing a robust international viewpoint to strategic HR management. Throughout her multiple roles in intricate, matrix-oriented, and diverse organizations, she has continuously directed significant transformation initiatives, crafted impactful HR strategies, and advocated for the advancement of leadership skills in varied global settings
