Srinivas Rapthadu, former SAP Executive, joins TravelUR, India’s first travel social network aiming to enhance the platform with AI, Cognitive Computing and RPA. He will leverage his experience as technology evangelist & business leader, and his expertise in value creation through emerging technologies to put the company on fast track.

Currently the Senior Director of Analytics CC, Srinivas brings with him over 20 years of rich experience, which adds huge credit to TravelUR. During his last role, he was working for SAP Private Equity Group and led business development and strategic initiatives with private equity firms through individual and cross portfolio value creation activities and executive workshops.

Founded in 2015, TravelUR is India’s first social travel network allowing users to plan hassle free while connecting with fellow travelers and local suppliers through social engagement tools. It combines social interaction and travel-related-commerce services with an analytics-based with AI integration. Initially launched in the mid of 2017 in India, company made good progress, acquiring over 57,000 active users, 35,000 App downloads, established presence in 850 destinations and developed 220 vacation packages in 32 countries worldwide.

Speaking on his new role, Srinivas Rapthadu, says, ”There is a huge potential of value creation through Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive & Artificial Intelligence in Travel space addressing the dynamic needs of Consumers and Suppliers.
