Frog Innovations, LigoWave Forge Alliance for Global Market Growth
Frog Innovations Limited (formerly Frog Cellsat Limited), a leading Indian telecom equipment manufacturer, and US-based wireless networking company LigoWave announced a strategic manufacturing and business partnership at India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026.
Under the partnership, Frog Innovations will manufacture LigoWave's wireless broadband and Wi-Fi product portfolio in India, with products to be marketed under the jointly branded FROG LigoWave name. Manufacturing is expected to commence during calendar year 2026 at Frog Innovations' facility in Noida.

The FROG–LigoWave partnership is strategically positioned to capitalise on the growing demand for wireless broadband and enterprise Wi-Fi solutions in India. India’s Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) radio equipment market, valued at approximately ₹2,200 crore in FY2025, is projected to reach ₹4,840 crore by FY2032. Meanwhile, the enterprise Wi-Fi access systems market is expected to grow from approximately ₹1,800 crore in FY2025 to ₹3,520 crore by FY2032. Together, these segments represent a combined market opportunity of around ₹4,000 crore, projected to exceed ₹8,300 crore by FY2032. Leveraging this growth potential, Frog Innovations and LigoWave aim to strengthen their market presence through competitively priced, locally manufactured wireless broadband and Wi-Fi solutions, while exploring opportunities to expand their footprint across international markets.
The alliance marks Frog Innovations' entry into the rapidly growing wireless broadband and enterprise networking market, expanding its portfolio beyond wireless coverage solutions and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). The proposed product portfolio will include Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) wireless broadband radios, enterprise Wi-Fi access points, and advanced wireless networking solutions used by telecom operators, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), enterprises, and infrastructure providers.
The partnership comes at a time when demand for broadband connectivity, network expansion and enterprise wireless infrastructure continues to accelerate globally. By combining LigoWave's wireless networking technology with Frog Innovations' manufacturing capabilities and market reach, the companies aim to create a strong platform for serving customers in India and international markets.
