Godrej Properties, Tata Projects Partner for Luxury Homes in Gurugram

Godrej Properties Ltd has partnered with Tata Projects for construction contracts worth nearly Rs.1,100 crore across three luxury residential developments on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, marking the company’s largest single construction contract award to date, according to an exchange filing.
Under the agreement, Tata Projects will handle the core and shell construction work for Godrej Properties’ upcoming premium projects — Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris — located in one of India’s most sought-after residential corridors.
Godrej Samaris, the newest launch among the projects, is being developed across 7.41 acres in Sector 53, Gurugram.
The partnership marks the first collaboration between Godrej Properties and Tata Projects, bringing together the developer’s residential real estate expertise and Tata Projects’ experience in executing large-scale infrastructure and urban developments.
Tata Projects has previously delivered major projects including the New Parliament Building in New Delhi, Noida International Airport, and Mumbai’s Atal Setu bridge.
Godrej Properties said the collaboration is aimed at strengthening execution quality, improving construction efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery across its luxury housing portfolio in the highly competitive Golf Course Road market. The company noted that projects in the upscale micro-market demand exceptional precision, high standards, and consistent performance throughout the construction cycle.
