Heritage Foods Appoints Amit Vijay Shetty as VP and CHRO

Heritage Foods announced in a statement that Amit Vijay Shetty has been appointed Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. His appointment became effective on 1 October.

The dairy firm stated that Shetty will work out of its corporate office in Hyderabad and will report directly to CEO Srideep Kesavan. The statement indicates that Shetty will lead efforts to enhance organizational abilities and promote a culture of high performance.

Prior to becoming part of Heritage Foods, Shetty served as General Manager and Head of Human Resources for the Consumer Business division at Frigorifico Allana, the company stated.

According to the company, he possesses almost 20 years of experience in human resources, having collaborated with IFFCO, Allana Group, LafargeHolcim, Nivea India, and Tata Chemicals.

Heritage Foods announced that Shetty possesses a Master’s in Management Studies focused on Human Resources from Chetna’s RK Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation from the University of Mumbai.
