India Sotheby's Appoints Saket Dalmia as President
India Sotheby's International Realty, a luxury real estate firm, has appointed Saket Dalmia as its president to oversee the organization's activities in India. Saket Dalmia, the former president of India Sotheby’s International Realty, has not only assumed the role of president but has also made an investment in the company and joined its Board. Leveraging his extensive experience from his tenure at PHD Chambers of Commerce, where he led initiatives such as the Young Business Leader Forum and Start-Up20 Finance Task Force, Dalmia is set to play a pivotal role in India Sotheby’s International Realty. The company is targeting a sales transaction turnover of $1 billion in its 10th year of operation.
Amit Goyal, Managing Director of India Sotheby’s International Realty, expressed, "With an illustrious track record and over twenty years of business management experience, Dalmia brings a wealth of expertise to our team". Over the last fifteen years, Saket Dalmia has dedicated himself to industry bodies such as PHD Chambers of Commerce, where he rose to the position of national president, making him the youngest in the 118-year history of the apex chamber.
Dalmia leads the Young Business Leader Forum and represented PHDCCI at the 2023 World Economic Forum in Davos. He possesses an outstanding educational background, holding a BBA from Georgetown University (Washington DC, USA) and pursuing a double major in international finance from Oxford University (UK) and International Economics from the University of Antwerp (Belgium).
