Jio Haptik Appoints Adarsh. as Enterprise Business Head

Jio Haptik, an AI platform focused on conversation and agency for businesses, has named Adarsh. as the Enterprise Business Head, starting August 2026. In his new position, Adarsh will oversee the company’s entire Enterprise operations and promote expansion in crucial international markets.

His responsibilities will include sales, customer success, global growth, and partnerships, prioritizing the expansion of current accounts, enhancing the adoption of AI-driven solutions, and creating a scalable, outcome-oriented enterprise business.

Adarsh has almost 20 years of experience throughout India, APAC, the Middle East, and the US, with skills in enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, partnerships, cloud, AI, and digital transformation.

Speaking about his appointment, Adarsh says, "The next phase of Enterprise AI will not be about deploying more bots, it will be about delivering measurable business outcomes through intelligent agents".

"At Jio Haptik, my focus will be to help enterprises move from experimentation to scale, while building deeper customer relationships and a stronger global Enterprise growth engine".

 

Jio Haptik collaborates with over 500 companies worldwide, with over 100 businesses utilizing its voice AI features. The firm aims to enhance its enterprise operations throughout India, EMEA, APAC, and LatAm as companies shift towards large-scale AI implementation.

Commenting on the appointment, Ahshad Jussawala, CEO, Jio Haptik, says, “Haptik has already evolved significantly from its roots in conversational AI to helping enterprises adopt AI across voice, automation and increasingly agentic experiences. Adarsh’s appointment brings dedicated leadership to this next stage of scale, with a mandate spanning customer relationships, growth and our broader enterprise ecosystem. His experience will be instrumental in deepening our enterprise business and accelerating the adoption of AI at scale.”

In line with his mandate, Adarsh will emphasize shifting enterprise connections from singular projects to strategic, multi-use-case collaborations. This involves assisting customers in broadening AI implementation throughout customer interactions, platforms, and operational areas, while augmenting enterprise deal values via AI Agents, Voice AI, and comprehensive customer journey automation.

Jio Haptik will create AI propositions tailored to various sectors such as BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Consumer, and Travel & Hospitality. The firm aims to connect AI implementation to quantifiable business results like automation, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, response speed, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Before his time at Jio Haptik, Adarsh was with Trianz, collaborating with major companies on technology-driven transformation initiatives. He has participated in entrepreneurial projects such as FluidSpace, a marketplace for flexible workspaces, and Novum, a company centered on IoT.

His career background encompasses familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Generative AI, enterprise cloud transformation, and digital platforms, as well as significant experience in managing large accounts and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
