Lenexis Foodworks Appoints Arvind R P as Chief Executive Officer

Lenexis Foodworks, a prominent company in the Desi Chinese QSR sector, operating a network of more than 260 stores including popular brands like Chinese Wok, Big Bowl, and The Momo Co., has recently named Arvind R P as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Arvind boasts an impressive background with over 25 years of diverse leadership experience across various industries such as QSR, FMCG, beauty, fashion, and automotive sectors, demonstrating a successful history in managing profit and loss, driving brand evolution, and establishing digital-driven strategies for growth.

Before starting at Lenexis Foodworks, Arvind held the position of Chief Business Officer (South) at McDonald's India, where he was instrumental in enhancing business expansion and reinforcing the brand's strategic positioning.

Throughout his professional journey, he has spearheaded significant projects focused on brand development, innovative category strategies, comprehensive digital transformation, and the cultivation of top-performing teams.
