Midea Group Appoints Siddharth Saxena as Country Head for India Operations
Midea Group has appointed Siddharth Saxena as the Country Head for its India operations. In this role, he will spearhead strategic initiatives, grow the consumer base, and strengthen the brand's presence throughout the country.
“Central to his approach will be continuing to build on the company’s success by delivering innovative products and services that bring significant value to both channel partners and consumers. Additionally, he will lead efforts to deepen consumer trust, optimise operational efficiencies, and foster robust partnerships across the value chain, strengthening Midea’s reputation as a trusted brand in the market”, the official statement added.
“India stands as a cornerstone of Midea Group’s global growth strategy, with its dynamic economy, expanding consumer base, and rising demand for innovative solutions. The nation’s emphasis on digitisation and smart technologies aligns seamlessly with our vision of creating intelligent and modern living spaces”, Saxena said in a statement.
Saxena brings over 25 years of global experience in the home appliances industry, with extensive work across the Middle East, Africa, and India. During his 14 years at Midea Group, he held several key roles. Before joining the India operation, he served as the Regional Director for the Middle East, where he led strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
