MMTC-PAMP Names Rachna Jindal as Chief Financial Officer

MMTC-PAMP has recently appointed Rachna Jindal as the Chief Financial Officer to enhance the overall strength of its leadership team, a decision reflecting the company's dedication to developing a forward-thinking and highly effective organization.
Rachna, who possesses more than 25 years of extensive experience in finance, treasury, supply chain, and business transformation sectors, has been appointed to head the Finance department at MMTC-PAMP. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing financial governance, strategic planning, capital allocation, and enhancing profitability.

She will be reporting directly to Samit Guha, the Managing Director & CEO of MMTC-PAMP. Additionally, to streamline operations, she will also be taking charge of the Supply Chain function within the organization.
Before her recent appointment, Rachna held the role of CFO and Supply Chain Head for Yara International in India, where she was responsible for overseeing financial governance, improving audit and analytics frameworks, and implementing initiatives to enhance supply chain flexibility through better tracking, tracing, and anti-counterfeiting measures.

Prior to her time at Yara, Rachna served as the CFO at Farmley, a direct-to-consumer food startup, where she gained practical experience in e-commerce, omni-channel distribution, Series B fundraising, treasury management, and debt financing facilitated by non-banking financial companies.
In her role as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounts at Jindal Poly Films Limited, a publicly listed Indian packaging manufacturer (part of the BC Jindal Group), she led a sizable team in the finance and accounting department, acquiring knowledge in capital restructuring, fundraising activities, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies, and business acquisitions.

During her extensive tenure of almost 14 years at Pernod Ricard India, she acquired substantial expertise in corporate accounting, internal audit, taxation, and treasury functions. She eventually assumed the position of Finance Controller for supply chain and manufacturing operations, where she managed large-scale activities across various warehouses and production facilities.
Moreover, her professional background includes leadership positions at reputable companies like Honda and Alcatel. Rachna holds the esteemed title of Chartered Accountant and is a distinguished alumna of the University of Delhi with a degree in Commerce.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Rachna serves as the State President of the Haryana Finance Council within the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), a prominent national organization that promotes female entrepreneurship and leadership in India.
