Persistent Appoints Shimona Chadha as Chief Marketing Officer

Shimona Chadha has been named Chief Marketing Officer at Persistent Systems through integrated marketing initiatives who will be in charge of advancing the company's worldwide marketing strategy, enhancing brand positioning, and facilitating commercial expansion.

Shimona has over 20 years of expertise in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets.

She has spearheaded marketing transformations that boost revenue and uncover corporate value.

She was the Vice President and Head of North America Vertical Marketing at HCLTech before joining Persistent.

She helped construct a Generative AI-powered marketing engine for increased brand visibility, go-to-market efficacy, and pipeline conversion in high-value markets while driving revenue growth as a member of HCLTech's senior marketing leadership team.

Shimona has previously driven customer-focused growth strategies at Abbott and Vodafone Idea and held top executive positions.

Industry accolades such as the Stevie Award for Women in Business and Inspiring Women in Business and Forrester's Program of the Year 2025 have acknowledged her accomplishments.

She has co-chaired IAOP programs and mentored emerging professionals within the global digital ecosystem, demonstrating her strong support for inclusive leadership and talent development.

 

Shimona, who is headquartered in New Jersey, USA, will join Persistent's executive leadership team.

The assessment of persistent systems has recently been modified. A change in the technical trend from a sideways position to a slightly bullish one is reflected in this revision.

Strong financial measures, such as an impressive average Return on Equity (ROE) of 20.92 percent, have been displayed by the corporation. Furthermore, Persistent Systems has shown remarkable net sales growth, increasing by 27.34 percent annually, and operating profit growth of 39.94 percent. With net sales hitting a new high of Rs 3,242.11 crore and PBDIT at Rs 584.41 crore, the most recent quarterly figures for Q4 FY24-25 showed a 6.1 percent increase in net profit.
