PhonePe Partners with OpenAI
Digital payments firm PhonePe has revealed a partnership with OpenAI to bring ChatGPT to Indian users throughout its ecosystem, which includes the PhonePe app, PhonePe for Business, and the Indus Appstore.
The collaboration seeks to broaden the accessibility of generative artificial intelligence (AI) by enabling users to interact with ChatGPT’s functionalities directly on the PhonePe platform.
This integration aims to assist consumers in utilizing AI-driven support for daily tasks like travel arrangement, shopping, and information gathering.
The partnership represents one of the initial significant attempts to integrate ChatGPT into a prominent Indian consumer platform, possibly speeding up AI adoption in the nation. It likewise creates chances for new use cases as generative AI tools attract attention from digital users.
Rahul Chari, Founder and CTO of PhonePe, mentioned that the collaboration highlights the capacity of partnerships to deliver advanced technology to a broader audience.
