PM Modi to Inaugurate India AI Impact Expo Today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to officially open the India AI Impact Expo 2026 on Monday at the Bharat Mandapam, as announced by his office. According to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the India AI Impact Expo 2026 will take place from February 16 to 20 in conjunction with the India AI Impact Summit at the Bharat Mandapam.
The showcase will function as a nationwide display of AI implementation, facilitating the convergence of policy and practical application, the merging of innovation and broad implementation, and the intersection of technology with the average individual.
Reports indicate that Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to officially open the India AI Impact Expo 2026 on February 16 at 5 pm at Bharat Mandapam. The Expo will unite global technology companies, startups, academic and research institutions, Union ministries, state governments, and international partners within 10 arenas spanning over 70,000 square meters.
The Expo will also present 13 country pavilions, demonstrating global partnership in the AI ecosystem. These pavilions will represent Australia, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and Africa.
The announcement stated that the event will feature more than 300 carefully curated exhibition pavilions and live demonstrations, organized around three central themes: people, planet, and progress.
Moreover, the Expo will showcase more than 600 promising startup companies, with a significant number focusing on developing solutions that are globally significant and have the potential to impact large populations.

These startups will exhibit operational solutions that have been successfully implemented in practical environments. The India AI Impact Expo 2026 anticipates attracting more than 250,000 visitors, which will include a significant number of international delegates.
This event is designed to facilitate the development of fresh collaborations and generate new business prospects within the worldwide AI network.

More than 500 sessions will be planned, with over 3,250 innovative speakers and panelists participating.
