Property Investment Platform Integrow to Invest Rs.225 Crore in Pranami Group's Residential and Commercial Projects
Integrow, a property investment platform, has agreed to invest around Rs 225 crore in Pranami Group's various residential and commercial projects.
Integrow will invest in projects such as recently acquired developments in Mumbai's Andheri and Ghatkopar suburbs. The real estate developer has a portfolio of over 5 million square feet, which includes a mall in Ranchi.
According to sources, Integrow Asset Management plans to raise over Rs 1,500 crore through a commercial real estate fund, which will help it build an investment portfolio worth over Rs 4,000 crore, including leverage potential.
