Sandeep Kulkarni Steps in as the New Chief Operating Officer of Allcargo Gati
Sandeep Kulkarni has been named Chief Operating Officer of Allcargo Gati Limited (formerly GATI), one of the top providers of express distribution and supply chain solutions in India.
Sandeep has over 20 years of diverse leadership expertise in a range of industries, including supply chain management, e-commerce, retail, and logistics.
He was Chief Supply Chain Officer at Tata Cliq before joining Allcargo Gati.
Sandeep, who holds an MBA from Nanyang Business School in Singapore, has held executive positions at L&T, Amazon, and Jio Mart. Additionally, he has been a Lieutenant Commander (Operations, Planning, and Project Management) in the Indian Navy.

In this position, Sandeep will be in charge of developing strategic planning, fostering stronger customer engagement through creative and effective logistics solutions, managing important supply chain stakeholders, fostering cross-functional operations, and promoting operational efficiency through the adoption of cutting-edge technology.
By seeing potential for process enhancements, sustainable practices, and technology breakthroughs, Sandeep will also promote an innovative culture.
At Gati Express and Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. (GESCPL), he will be reporting to Pirojshaw (Phil) Sarkari, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. The express division of the corporation is managed by GESCPL.
Sandeep further went on to say, “Express logistics has emerged as a key growth engine for the economy and we will work towards achieving sustainable growth by grabbing emerging opportunities and adopting a new-age digitally-empowered solution-oriented approach”.
