Saya Group Partners with Lemon Tree Hotels

Realty developer Saya Group has reached a deal with Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to manage and operate 336 fully serviced business-class suites at Saya SouthX, a mixed-use development in Greater Noida West.

Situated on the 7th to 25th floors of Saya SouthX, each suite has an average size of 668 sq. ft.

"This collaboration with Lemon Tree Hotels aligns perfectly with our vision of integrating business efficiency with comfort,” said Vikas Bhasin, MD of Saya Group.

Saya SouthX is developed in over 3 acres with a total built-up area of approximately 6.8 lakh sq. ft.

The project is expected to attract over 50,000 daily footfalls, catering to more than 5 lakh residents in the surrounding catchment.

Saya Group has already delivered 5.37 million sq. ft. of residential space and is currently nearing possession of 2.37 million sq. ft. of commercial projects.

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) has a portfolio of over 160 hotels, which includes over 100 operational hotels and more than 60 hotels set to open in India and internationally.

The company expanded internationally with hotels opening in Dubai in December 2019 and in Bhutan in February 2020. New hotels are also set to open internationally in Bhutan and Nepal.
