Sify is planning to inject approximately RS 15,266 crore ($1.7bn) into the project, which will be situated in Paradesipslem village, approximately 25km away from Visakhapatnam, also known as Vizag. Meta will be utilizing data center space from Sify, as well as strategically locating its Waterworth subsea cable at Sify's landing station within the region.

Sify recently commenced construction on the landing station site and an accompanying 50MW data center, demonstrating their commitment to expanding their infrastructure. In March 2024, reports surfaced that Meta was exploring the possibility of setting up a data center in India, specifically considering leasing space at a Digital Connexion facility in Chennai.
