President Donald Trump revealed extensive strategies to tighten immigration, arguing that existing policies have undermined national advancement and that he would  permanently suspend migration from all Third World Countries to enable the US system to completely recover.

In a couple of Truth Social posts on Thursday night in Washington, Trump stated he would end “millions” of admissions made by his predecessor Joe Biden, “eliminate anyone who does not contribute positively to the United States, or cannot love our Country” and “denaturalize immigrants who disrupt domestic peace.”

He stated that he would “terminate all federal benefits and subsidies” for noncitizens.

“Trump stated that these objectives will be targeted to attain a significant decrease in unlawful and disruptive groups, including those permitted via an unauthorized and illegal Autopen approval procedure. Only REVERSE MIGRATION can completely resolve this issue.”

The post lacked details on what the president defined as a “third world” country, a vague term often used to describe less affluent nations.

This occurred after an Afghan national attacked two National Guard members in the capital. Earlier in the day, the president announced the passing of a guardsman, US Army Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, age 20.

Trump has leveraged the attack to enhance his administration’s anti-immigration stance. The White House had further intensified its immigration enforcement following the shooting, which included pausing assessments of Afghan immigration cases and initiating a review of individuals already in the US. The Trump administration aims to examine the cases of all refugees settled during Biden's term and halt their green card applications.

Joseph Edlow, the head of US Citizenship and Immigration Services, said in a social media post that his agency, under Trump’s orders, is conducting “a full scale, rigorous reexamination of every Green Card for every alien from every country of concern.” The White House in June had flagged 19 countries, including Afghanistan, Haiti, Somalia and Sudan, for immigration restrictions.
