Vineet Agarwal Appointed Director at Impact Infracap
Impact Infracap, a leading investment management firm focused on India's infrastructure sector, has appointed Vineet Agarwal as Director. In this capacity, Agarwal will drive strategic initiatives and enhance the firm’s investment management services.
With over 11 years of experience across the infrastructure and energy sectors in India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, Agarwal brings a wealth of expertise in equity fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, growth strategy, business development, bidding, and market entry. He has successfully led transactions valued at approximately USD 2 billion and actively shaped corporate strategy.
Prior to joining Impact Infracap, Agarwal served as Assistant Vice President – M&A at Sterlite Power, where he led significant transactions, including the establishment of a joint venture platform with GIC and the divestment of assets worth over USD1.5 billion. He holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, with majors in Strategy and Finance, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
