WOL3D India Ltd has recently named CA Mayuresh Mahesh Advilkar as the new Chief Financial Officer, according to reports. This strategic decision to fill the position is in line with the organization's objective to enhance the proficiency and effectiveness of its management team during its expansion endeavors in various regions of India.

Advilkar, who is a certified Chartered Accountant, boasts more than ten years of expertise in tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audits, and regulatory management.

Taking on his new position, he will be responsible for directing financial strategy, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and planning fiscal activities for the organization.

Rahul Chandalia, the Founder and Director of WOL3D, expressed that Advilkar's strong financial background and methodical approach will provide significant benefits as the company grows within the 3D printing industry.

WOL3D is strategically establishing itself as a prominent figure in India's prototyping sector, providing innovative solutions tailored for industrial, educational, and consumer markets.

 

Advilkar conveyed his excitement about becoming a part of WOL3D and aiding in its objective of promoting 3D printing accessibility throughout India. He articulated his dedication to bolstering financial infrastructure, improving regulatory adherence, and facilitating the company's expansion strategies.

WOL3D's objective is to provide cost-effective and readily available 3D printing technology to both households and businesses in India. The company, headquartered in Mumbai, is dedicated to increasing its footprint in the sphere of cutting-edge manufacturing.

Aptech Limited and WOL3D have come together to launch India’s initial organized 3D printing and product design program for both creative and industrial use. This program will be provided at Aptech’s MAAC and Arena Animation training facilities.

The 60-hour hybrid program integrates in-person classroom teaching at Aptech centers with practical training at WOL3D's hands-on facilities. This program is designed as an additional component for students currently studying 3D animation and design, enhancing their abilities in manufacturing, product prototyping, healthcare, and architecture fields.

The program focuses on specific industries such as aerospace, medical devices, industrial supply chains, and product design. This partnership is happening as India is rolling out its National Strategy for Additive Manufacturing, as the worldwide 3D printing sector is expected to continue growing at a double-digit rate in various fields.

Aptech has a presence in more than 1,000 training centers worldwide, whereas WOL3D, based in Mumbai, distributes products from leading 3D printing companies and runs India's inaugural 3D Printing Experience Center.
