Zendesk Appoints Craig Flower as Chief Operating Officer

Zendesk has recently declared the appointment of Craig Flower as the Chief Operating Officer. In this position, Flower focuses on enhancing customer interaction and support throughout the entire organization, speeding up the shift to AI, and boosting operational efficiency. His hiring highlights Zendesk's continual AI-first evolution and dedication to providing outstanding service.

Flower is an experienced technology leader who formerly held the position of Chief Information Officer at Zendesk. As CIO, Flower aligned the IT team to link and assist every aspect of the company via enhanced digital tools, more insightful data, and superior service through AI and machine learning.
