360 ONE Names Abhishek Bhalotia as Chief Growth & People Officer
360 ONE, a wealth and asset management firm based in India with an AUM of USD 82 billion, has named Abhishek Bhalotia as Chief Growth & People Officer.
In his new position, Bhalotia will oversee two organization-wide initiatives focused on growth, business development, and revenue practice management, as well as the company's people agenda.
Bhalotia will lead the development and implementation of 360 ONE’s business strategy in its Wealth, Asset Management, and Capital sectors. His role will encompass essential client segments such as ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), high-net-worth (HNW) and non-resident Indian (NRI) clients, in addition to institutional assignments and key international markets.

In line with his people mandate, Bhalotia will oversee 360 ONE’s Talent Management Strategy and Talent Acquisition methods, ensuring the organisation’s people priorities are in sync with its long-term growth goals. He will collaborate closely with the leadership teams in Wealth, Asset, and Capital on strategic business developments as the companies grow.
Bhalotia will additionally manage the Learning & Development initiatives across various businesses and functions, emphasizing the development of senior management. As 360 ONE expands and incorporates recent acquisitions, he will also act as the Group’s Culture Custodian, tasked with ensuring consistency in organizational values and operational practices.
Bhalotia possesses over 30 years of experience with the Kotak Group, where he held senior roles in private banking, institutional sales, asset management, equity and fixed-income sales and trading, and proprietary investment management in both Indian and global markets.

In his latest position, he was the National Business Head for Kotak Bank’s premier Private Banking division, where he spearheaded the strategy and propelled its expansion nationwide.
