Aanandita Banerjee to Lead 456 Studios, Boosting FCB India

FCB Group India has appointed Aanandita Banerjee to lead productions under 456 Studios, FCB's dedicated production unit. As the agency expands its investment in television and digital platforms, Aanandita's leadership will be crucial in enhancing creative output and driving growth.

This appointment comes as FCB Group India continues its strong growth, with a 15-20% increase in revenue and $8 million secured from new business wins in 2024. On a global scale, 456 Studios has been a major driver of FCB's creative success, contributing to over 55% of the network's globally awarded work through collaborations with its production teams.

Aanandita, an experienced industry leader, has led large-scale creative and production initiatives for esteemed brands such as Mondelez, Spotify, Reckitt, Haleon, ITC, Airtel, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Diageo, Veeba, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Hero, Dabur, and boAt. A multiple award-winner—including Cannes Lions, One Show, ABBYs, and MMA Smarties—she specialises in delivering scalable, full-funnel content solutions that enhance creativity and drive business impact.

A standout example of their work is Chatpat, a collaborative effort involving FCB Chicago, FCB Kinnect, and FCB India, which turned a 10-year-old street-smart boy into a social media sensation for SOS Children's Villages. These campaigns showcase how 456 Studios' integrated production capabilities deliver impactful, award-winning storytelling across diverse markets.
