Alvarez & Marsal Names Aditya Priyadarshan as Managing Director

Global professional services company Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has named Aditya Priyadarshan as Managing Director in its Business Transformation Services division.

Located in Mumbai, Priyadarshan will focus on extensive operating model and organizational structure transformation initiatives, encompassing AI-driven transformation, growth strategy, and digital change within the automotive, industrial, and retail industries.

Priyadarshan brings over 20 years of consulting expertise, guiding major organizations on operational and organizational design, front-end transformation, and zero-based transformation. He has directed transformation initiatives focused on aligning organizational structures with growth objectives, minimizing complexity, enhancing governance, and speeding up AI-driven and digital transformation to boost organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Before coming to A&M, Priyadarshan worked for 18 years at Accenture, where he last held the position of Managing Director and directed the AI practice in India. He formerly directed the company’s Retail division, managing the expansion of its consulting and digital operations, in addition to its Talent and Organization division, aiding clients in significant transformation and organizational shifts.
