Zithara.AI, a customer engagement platform powered by AI for offline retailers, has collaborated with Tyaani Jewellery by Karan Johar to enhance customer engagement utilizing technology and data-informed insights throughout the brand’s retail activities.

Through the collaboration, Tyaani Jewellery will utilize Zithara.AI’s AI-based CRM platform to enhance the organization of customer interaction and relationship management. The platform will allow the brand to structure customer data, analyze engagement trends, and create a more integrated perspective on customer interactions.

The partnership focuses on assisting Tyaani Jewellery in developing deeper customer connections beyond single transactions, while also generating chances to boost sales and encourage repeat purchases. Utilizing customer insights to pinpoint pertinent engagement opportunities, the platform will assist the brand in pursuing potential clients, re-engaging current customers, and providing personalized communication tailored to customer preferences and buying behavior.
