BPTP Names Vineet Nanda as Chief Business Officer

The renowned real estate developer, BPTP Limited, has revealed the appointment of Vineet Nanda as their new Chief Business Officer. BPTP, with a development history of more than 20 years, has successfully completed the construction of over 50 million square feet in various types of developments, comprising residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, with a total of over 25,000 housing units.

The company holds a dominant market presence in pivotal micro-markets in Gurugram, Faridabad, and Noida, and has played a significant role in the establishment of numerous comprehensive and integrated townships throughout the Delhi-NCR region.

Nanda possesses over 40 years of professional experience, with over twenty-five years spent in prominent leadership positions in the Indian real estate industry. His specialized skills encompass sales, marketing, and comprehensive business administration in both residential and commercial projects.

Before joining BPTP, he held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where he was a key member of the executive management team.

In the initial stages of his professional journey, Nanda has served in executive positions at well-known real estate firms including Omaxe, Central Park, and M3M. Throughout these roles, he significantly contributed to the expansion of both residential and commercial property portfolios in various markets.

Nanda will take on the responsibilities of Chief Business Officer and Executive Director at BPTP, where he will be in charge of supervising the company's business operations such as sales, marketing, product strategy, and customer experience. This aligns with BPTP's organizational structure and growth objectives.

Commenting on the appointment, Amaan Chawla, President, BPTP says, “Vineet brings a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate. His presence will further strengthen the company’s business functions and leadership bandwidth”.

Real estate developer BPTP Group has announced a significant investment of approximately Rs.3,000 crore in the development of a high-end housing project on Gurugram’s Dwarka Expressway. The project is expected to generate revenue of Rs.6,500 crore from sales, according to the company.

Situated on 12.05 acres in Sector 102, the project is a key component of BPTP’s expansive 150-acre integrated township ecosystem. The development is being carried out in three distinct phases and will consist of approximately 1,600 apartments.

Earlier this year, the first phase known as Amstoria Verti Greens was introduced to the market, presenting a total of 885 residential units. Recently, the company unveiled the second phase called GAIA Residences, which boasts 531 modern apartments with glass facades. Prices for these residences start at Rs.3.85 crore. BPTP is strategically aligning this project with its overall growth plan in Gurugram, leveraging the significant progress experienced along the Dwarka Expressway route.
