Ceva Animal Health Names Sébastien Huron as Deputy CEO
Ceva Animal Health, the fifth largest animal health firm globally and primarily owned by its management team, today confirms the appointment of Sébastien Huron as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
This action is part of a larger governance transformation, stemming from Marc Prikazsky's choice to name a Deputy CEO and transition to a dual leadership model where he will serve as Executive Chairman, focusing on long-term strategic objectives, while Sébastien Huron directs the Group's operational management and leads the Executive Committee.
In his role as Executive Chairman, Marc Prikazsky will focus on Ceva's strategic long-term goals, such as enhancing the reliable and enduring connections the company has with its investors, spearheading customer-centric innovation, nurturing future leaders, and bolstering Ceva's contribution in tackling significant global issues.
