Data Analytics Ventures Names Kurt Silvano as Head of People
Gokongwei Group's Data Analytics Ventures has named Kurt Silvano as Head of People and Culture, beginning January 2026, enhancing its leadership emphasis on people, culture, and employee experience.
Silvano declared the new role on LinkedIn, stating, “I’m excited to announce that I’m starting a new position as Head of People & Culture at Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. | Go Rewards!” He contributes more than ten years of HR and personnel management expertise to the position.
Silvano became the Acting HR Head at Data Analytics Ventures in March 2025, where he was instrumental in steering people strategies amid a phase of transformation and expansion.
Prior to this, he worked at JG Summit Holdings, also part of the Gokongwei Group, holding the positions of Culture, Engagement, and Communications Manager as well as Employee Experience & Engagement Officer.
In that position, he guided the team’s initiatives for Purpose, Values, and Ambition awareness, directed the organization-wide recognition scheme, and advanced employer branding and engagement efforts, while also overseeing the group’s Culture Council.

Silvano’s prior roles encompass his position as Head of HR at Senti AI for almost two years, and as an HR Employee Programs specialist at Globe Telecom, where he concentrated on employee engagement and internal initiatives.

In terms of education, Silvano has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges.
He possesses several certifications in performance management, employee engagement, HR strategy, workplace culture management, and leadership development, and has finished the Certified Human Resource Professional program from The International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) Philippines.
